Great Customer Service

Being new to using propane, I neglected to check the tank often enough when I first moved into my new home. When I remembered, we were down to less than 20 percent full. I contacted my previous supplier and was told that they would charge me 75 dollars extra for a special delivery and couldn't come out for over a week. They wouldn't tell me when their regular day to deliver to our area was. I called dependable and they brought out their tank and filled it within two days. I have been with them for a while no wan their service continues to be top notch.

I've been using Dependable LP for the last four years. They setup, fill and service the propane tank I use for my gas fireplace. The people at Dependable are great to work with. When my Father died unexpectedly and we were expecting out of town guests, they provided next morning service to fill our tank ahead of schedule.
