Staff In Back Very Rude, Received Call To Go Pick Up Family Checked In At Front Was At Pick Parking Was Rudely Told Cant Park Here For Elderly Pick Up On Well If 87 Yrs Old In Not Elderly ? Only To Move Out Of Parking Space And Wait Only To Have Staff Come Out And Start Smoking Cigarettes, And Play On Phone Go For Coffee Break Received Call At 12:10 That Family Was Ready Waited Over An Hour Only To Be Told Family Was Not Ready Left Again Went Home Then The Phone Started Ringing At 2:55 And Got There Again Still Wasnt Ready, Medical Records Were All Wrong Go To Boston, Staff In Back Lied To Doctors Family Member Was Ready There Is Some Real Serious Problems Going On Here ? One Thing Is Right Though They Like There Cigarettes, Coffee, And The Iphones !

Not impressed. My mother's appointment ran 1 hour late. They then told me she would be ready at 2:00 so I left to run errands. I then get a call at 1:10 saying she would be ready in 30 min. I arrived and its now 2:43-still not ready... Not very efficiently run from beginning to end.
