I was very surprise by the way joy treated me very rudely with no professional manner and I don't think she is fit to be employed any where with that kind of behavior she put up with me today. Regret I went there to have a duplicate key for my car.

I was very impressed with the honesty and level of service my son received trying to get a new key for his 2001 luxus. They gave us a great price and service was excellent. As the Director of Quality for my company I recognize Lowell Lock as an excellent supplier.

Loved the associate who help me today....she made key replacements for 2 cars and house keys in no time at all. Expert key maker and wonderful service! Thank You!!!! Will tell all to go there instead of dealership to replace car keys.

Working with Mike was an absolute relief. Mike went out of his way during storm (Sandy)to open lock for me. Lock was replaced and access was granted. Thank You Mike, I will not hesitate to call you again.
