We had a Problem with our Kenmore dryer, which at first we thought was the starter which I removed and brought to Gene's appliance. The gentleman at the counter took the part from my wife and told her he would check to see if the part was indeed the problem. He checked the part which turned out to be fine. He then explained to my wife the two possibilities which the problem might be. He told her to check the door latch on the front of the dryer. When she did this she could see that the button which the latch activates was broken. She felt comfortable to call the gentleman from Gene's, and he was so professional that he even described to her how to open the top of the dryer and remove the broken part. We've used Gene's many times before, and their attention to servicing the customer has always been the very best. Thank you, Gene's Appliance for another great job.
