I have purchased a dozen or more items from four Autozone stores this past few months. I bought parts online delivered to the Salem, NH store. I sent my wife there to pick up the parts and purchase more from a list and they were very courteous & helpful. I purchased parts at the Nashua store near the Mall and they were great. I twice ordered parts online and they got them to the store for pick up in one day. I price shop and haven't found an online vendor that can match with shipping added in. I shopped in the Lowell store for a trunk lock and they spent a good deal of time matching it up. My experience with Autozone has been very positive.

Rude customer service, treat us like dummies...plus turn down the mexican music....we not ordering tacos, just brakes....stay away
