Walked in to see if they can size a ring and fix a bracelet, within minutes of explaining what I needed I was told "yes" and when do I need it. Very customer service oriented and friendly making one welcomed. Definitely would come back as they stand behind the work. Happy Customer, Happy wife and Happy daughter.

Stopped in at Sickingers for a watch battery, and left with a necklace for my wife. Excellent people to deal with, and an absolute pleasure to do business with!

Took a diamond necklace in for repair. Quality diamond was swapped out with a smaller poor quality stone. This jeweler cannot be trusted.

My favorite jewelry store. Got my class ring there in 1971, still have it and it is still a beautiful piece of jewelry. The best customer service in the area, and a business you can trust!
