Took my 2-1/2 year old Siberian Husky in for grooming. My dog came home looking and smelling worse than when she went it. "Something" had to have happened while she was there. When I dropped her off in the morning, the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. When I picked her up 3-1/2 hours later, the staff wouldn't even make any sort of eye contact with me. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK.

Terrible don't go here! As soon as we walked in the whole place smelled like weed. They had surgery door open while operating on someone else's pet. Made my dog bleed while cutting here nails. Couldn't even get a receipt. awful experience don't here

Dr. Shahid is very knowledgeable, and friendly. He stayed open late knowing we were on our way 15 minutes before close, and seems to genuinely care for the well being of your pet and owner. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know

Andrew Maxwell and staff have done an outstanding job with regards to the care of our family pets. We have 2 Border Collies and they have received the highest degree of care from this group. We recently lost one of our Border Collies and during the entire ordeal again the staff performed outstandingly and we could not have asked for anything better.GREAT JOB - Keep up the great work -- I and my family recommend this organization and the personnel with the HIGHEST degree of confidence and satisfaction.Bill Wintrode

I just picked up my dog today after 36 hours and to my surprise the owner (lady) gave my dog a kennel cough and deworming shot without our authorization and charged us $50 on top of the boarding fee!! Had she have asked us (had my boyfriend's cell phone #) she would have found out that our dog already had those shots at another vet. EXTREMELY ANGRY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
