We arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule for our appointment time. Came in to a less than friendly employee and were informed that there was a 30 min wait. Okay, whatever. Returned 30 min later and were told another 30 min. Came back, there's still two families ahead of us. An hour and a half past our appointment time we finally decided enough was enough. Then they call us another half an hour later asking where we are!! Are you kidding me? We waited an hour and a half and you have the nerve to call us and ask where we are and say it's "our appointment time," TWO HOURS after our appointment time??? No thank you. Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares.
