WOW! I wish that I would have read the above review sooner... we had a similar experience with Lance. His worker came and turned on our irrigation system, after waiting four weeks. Fortunately, the rain helped to save our lawn while we waited. As he was leaving, we discovered that our whole house inside had no water. His worker told us that he did nothing to cause this and that it was a "coincidence". Ha! Fully understanding the concept of cause and effect... we insisted that the owner Lance come and figure this out. He did come back within the hour... but yes....Very rude and annoyed at us for this inconvenience in his work day! Ok ... well we had running water in the house before your worker came ... and we had no running water when he left.
With the help of a plumber that I contacted, the problem was figured out and remedied by Lance. However, Lance then calls us and sends us a rude email saying that he no longer is willing to do business with us and that he is not responsible for the probable flooding of our basement, based on his remedy to get our water running in our house, after his worker left us literally "high & dry".
Yes! The other review was right... he left our house with a sheepish smile and then wolfed out over the phone & email. BEWARE!!!

The owner Lance starts out as such a nice guy! We went with him for our system because of his personality, price,&ultimately because he offered us a 3 year warranty, others were offering one year warrenties. This is were you need to be careful! He doesn’t give you details about this 3 year warranty!! Evidently you MUST pay for his take down & set up services in order for this to be true. so aren’t we paying for this warranty? Had a 4 appt. Shortly before 6 I get a call. we’re not coming today. after we’ve been waiting! Well, okay but I’d like to be first tomorrow, as we can’t keep missing work. I’m trying to be understanding and flexible because this is still warranty work, right? WRONG!! We didn’t pay to have him set it up so this is on our dollar even though it’s within our 3 years!! I told him that this isn’t what he said when trying to get our business, but okay, if we owe him then we owe him, but I’d like it done today since we left work early!! What do I get as a response?? The owner, Lance yells this at me... I’ll be there at 7:30 AM and then you can find someone else to do your work and click he hangs up on me!! A business owner hangs up on me?? What? I’ve sang his praises around the community, give everyone his info. So, he shows up just before 7am and does the very quick work (15 mins). We try to pay him, because we are honest people and if we owe, we owe!! Then he bring up a busted pipe that happened during our first season... what?? Okay tell us what we owe you?? No doing, he just gets mouthy again... won’t take the money, instead wants to just be rude again!! He obviously knew that our system IS under the warranty that he described when making this purchase, otherwise he would have taken our check. The moral to the story is: I guess the story of a WOLF in sheep’s clothing makes sense to me now!! If you want to be treated like crap after he has his money, then this is your guy! Hopefully my experience can spare you from making the same mistake!
