Please, if you are a nice family looking for a place to live do not make the mistake I did and sign a lease with these people. Their rent is very high for very poor quality. There is no pool and no garages yet you pay like there is. Also, they hide little fees in your contract and also nail you with steep penalty fees for minor things. I am literally counting down the days until my lease is up. Please don't live at this dump when there are many other nice places to consider.
