I went to Bliss to have partial highlights done. The highlights were so bad my husband noticed they were wrong and he rarely notices anything.I ended up at another salon to get them fixed and the person that fixed them could not get over how bad they were. The worst part of this? The owner of Bliss took my money at the register and never said a thing.
