I called them for an estimate to install AC condenser at a friends house. Guy came out and quoted her nearly $4k. I found out about it after she agreed to it. I called the guy and told him I could get it done a lot cheaper than that and asked why it was so pricy. I asked him how much the unit itself was and he said about $1200. I said so your charging nearly another $3k for labor. He then spent the next 5 minutes telling me how he needs to keep the lights on at his shop and gas in their trucks. I then cancelled the install appt. The very next company I called used a better unit in their estimate then Swan and did the job for $2800. $1000 less then Swan

Great service and wonderful customer service! I would recommend them to anyone! Had an old system (almost 20 years old) they explained what was going on and walked me through what was going on. They were very knowledgeable. They gave me a variety of options as well as laying out the pros and cons of each option. I ended up getting s new system and couldn't be happier with the system and installation. They even have good financing and warranties. Thanks Swan and team ( Jordan, Jerry, and Drilon)! 😃

Drilon was the tech that came to assess my problem. He was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what he was talking about. He gave us three solutions to the problem along with his recommendations. Walt and Jordan came the next day to install a new furnace and air conditioner . Wonderful work, friendly techs and they cleaned up their mess. They were right on time and very efficient in their work. They even took the old components to recycle.

If you’re looking for a great, honest, Heating and Air company, look no further. Swan heating and air is awesome! From the second their tech stepped foot into my house to the second he step out, we were given the first class treatment. Before their tech would even enter my house he put on shoes covers, and compared to the last company’s tech that came out to give me a bid, who I think came into my house and used my carpet to clean his shoes, this was refreshing to see. It told me if a company pays this close of attention to such a small detail I could only image how well it handles the big details. Plus the Swan tech was very polite, knowledge, and well kept, ironed clothes, combed hair, all the basics. Which also compared to the last tech that was out with his dirty T-Shirt, jeans with holes, a head full of piercings, and although he did happened to have one of the better neck tattoos I’d ever seen my wife felt a bit uncomfortable about having him in our house. I also asked the Swan tech about some services one of his competitors had recommended and he told based of his thorough inspection he felt they were unnecessary and probably just added to get a few extra bucks out of me, and that was the final straw, his honestly basically sealed the deal for me. If you are looking for a top notch HVAC company Swan is it, plus I believe that they are locally and family owned and not some big corporate America conglomerate. Thank you Swan,

recommend. they are professional and personable. I travel extensively & my wife originally called Swan for an estimate. I thought I could do better with a competitor...not so much. Drilon, the tech, was very helpful. From what I can tell, the work is excellent...and competitively priced as well

I had John Watcis come to my house and do a diagnostic on my furnace and air conditioning. He was very thorough and very professional. He took the time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very personable.

Our Furnace upstairs wasn't working so we called Swan's Heating. They came out very quickly to take a look at it. Upon inspection they found that the furnace was no longer safe and that we needed a new one. Two days later they were back out to install the new furnace. The worker was very polite and knowledgeable. He let me know what he was doing when he would be loud. He let me know when he was testing the furnace and that there might be a smell for a little bit, but there really wasn't a smell. He then finished up and made sure everything was clean.

Hearts & Horses is very appreciative of Swan Heating and Air Conditioning for providing us with a new furnace for our Ranch House! This has been on our "to do list" since last winter when we found out that the heater needed to be replaced. Their employees were knowledgable and dependable; showed up when they said they would be there and accomplished the job when they said it would be done. Through the generosity Tim Swan and his team, not only will we stay warm this winter, but we will be able to utilize the Ranch House for our programs including our Hearts & Horses for Heroes veterans program.
