Every employee I have ever met at this location has been super nice and helpful. What gives? The Kaytee CritterTrail 2-Level Habitat we bought here killed my daughter's hamster, "Piper". The full water bottle didn't dispense water. I was prepared to forgive and forget, as long as my 100% honest review of the product was posted to the PetSmart website. They censored it. This is my response. People need to know.

They are extremely helpful in every dept. that i have used (dog and fish). Very friendly and clean store. I shop there quite a few times a week lately.

I like Petsmart, they are good to me and very helpful. I maybe a novice but I do know a few things. I rather buy from Petsmart then any other store in the Loveland area. I give it 5 stars, people are friendly curtious, even when it's 15 minutes to close...That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

This is not only a typical pet store, but also has a full service vet in the back. The vets office includes typical care and emergency hospital care too! The staff are caring to the animals and great with kids:)
