City of Loveland Parks and Recreation Department focuses on providing leisure, facilities, programs, activities and opportunities to various communities in the city. The department comprises various divisions, such as administration, golf, natural areas and parks and recreation. It offers a wide range of programs and activities to individuals of all ages at various facilities throughout the year. City of Loveland Parks and Recreation Department manages more than 20 city parks and several golf courses, recreational trails and natural areas. The department also manages and maintains the Hatfield Chilson Recreation Center, Barnes Park Batting Cages, Winona Swimming Pool, Lake Loveland Swim Beach and various cemeteries.
