We used Jenny's to fix a major plumbing job in our basement. They were quick and reasonably priced! I highly recommend them.

Had Jenny's plumbing do a remodel, they did an amazing job! They are up front and honest! They are the only plumbing company that I do business with!

Hired Jenny's Plumbing & Heating LLC for a job in Longmont which 17 minutes away from their location at 2151 S Custer Ave in Loveland... After the fact Cody charged me for $300 for 2.5 hours of his driving/loading/unloading time, here is the breakdown: round trip at 34 minutes but apparently it takes total of 2.5 hours to commute to Longmont, load and unload equipment, its amazing because it took him 5 minutes to load equipment after job was 50% complete. Overall concrete demo done to my satisfaction, when asked a simple question about plumbing, Cody replied and I quote "it took me 10 years to get masters in plumbing - and I don't have all day to explain to you how plumbing works" - the best reply by far!!! This job was completed by my plumber - it took him 2 hours with all my plumbing questions answered. In this business it's all about trust - you have to earn it. As for Jenny's Plumbing - will never use again or RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! If you going to hire jenny's plumbing, make sure you ask about driving expense up front, I paid $300 for his driving, loading/unloading equipment at 17 minutes away from my location. Cody made me sign a paper, that apperently makes the whole job as satisfied expirience, I did sign it without understanding what I was signing. This job for far from satisfactory.

My wife and I were selling our house and had it inspected by the purchasing couple. They found that our newly finished basement had a big problem. When the sink in the laundry room drained water, the water would come up the drain in the floor by the furnace. I thought that the rough-in vent I tied into must have had something to do with the sump-pump. I called 6 plumbers including 2 that my realtor recommended. I couldn't find one that would just stop by and take a look in the next week. I proceeded to buy $160 of plumbing supplies and was ready to dig in. Corey (with Jennys Plumbing) called me and said he would take some time out between jobs to give it a look. They came in, explained what happened, and fixed it in 5 minutes. Turned out some back-flow-drain-saftey-tee-doohickey (sorry I forgot what it was) was plugged. They said "no charge" and went on to the next job. THANK YOU!

I was so impressed by the work Cory and Shane have done at my house. They have always been right on top of getting my work scheduled and completed. And they did a fantastic job! I will continue to use them again and again on my remodel.

Yes, I got an estimate which was about $100 less than actual charge to our surprise, and the faucet we asked them to fix now started leaking again after about 8 months. What we were not happy about them worst was one of two guys who showed up was obviously a heavy smoker. After this guy worked with our tiny bathroom space, we had to run a vent for a whole day, and the whole downstairs smelled cigarrett that we had to air out for hours. Do you know many customers are not smokers? It does not matter how good their job is or how long their fix lasts or how reasonable the cost is (which we regret to say no to all), service people who smell cigarrett are not allowed in our house. We'll never call them again.

Cory and Shane rock! I had called them explained the problem...an estimate was given and we went from there. Minutes later Cory was here at our home to check out the problem and see what would need to be done. Shortly there after he showed up with Shane and a backhoe ready to take on the job. They were both very respectful and hard workers. Very pleasant to visit with...they were fun. No doubt in my mind...I will use them again. And tell others about their wonderful service. Oh and to the person who gave the awful review and stated they arent from loveland...get your facts straight...they miracuosly live right down the street from us. In LOVELAND!

I have found Jennys Plumbing to be incredibly professional and reliable in all my dealings with this company. Cory Bovee the owner of Jennys is totally honest and his prices are below those of other plumbers I have hired.

Saw these glowing reviews (which I now highly doubt are valid) and called Jenny's. I had to miss work for the scheduled appointment and they didn't show. A couple days later I get a call - "van broke down, thought we called everyone, but looks like we didn't call you'.. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Charged me $165 to fix a toilet leak, which resulted in a mysterious ringing noise. Said they'll come back out for a $50 service call (plus whatever it costs to fix ringing noise). Said they'll call me to let me know whether they can come "Monday or Tuesday". That was three weeks ago.. never heard from them. Not impressed in the least, and will never call them again. (Oh, and they're located in Severance, not Loveland..)

Cory from Jenny's Plumming and Heating does not stick to his quoted job estimates.I hired him to do some plumbing work in my home based on a written bid he submitted. On the day that work was to begin, he calls me and says he underestimated the cost of materials. He says there is not enough money in the job for him to do it at the quoted price and wants more money to do the job.I knew something was wrong

because I had already priced out the material, and his stated cost of materials was way too high. Long story short, I got another plumber (master plumber w/ 35 yrs experience) to do the exact same job - materials and labor - for less than what Jenny's wanted for materials alone. I will not be doing business with Jenny's again.

We discovered a bad leak from a pipe above our living room ceiling early in the evening. I called Cory, and he sent a team early the next morning. Robert and Shane were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the problem. They were reasonable and well priced compared to their competitors. They not only fixed the leaky pipe in our ceiling, but located the original problem: a defunct expansion tank and a pressure release valve (PRV) switch, which was causing enormous pressure on the pipes inside the house. They were very precise in their work and careful not to make a mess. They shared helpful information regarding preventative measures for the future. My wife and I appreciated the fact that Cory, the owner, took the time to stop by and introduce himself and to check up on things. Jenny's Plumbing truly cares about their customers. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors, and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs. It's nice to work with a company you can trust.

I needed several items serviced at our home in Keenesburg, CO. I called Jenny's Plumbing to see if they could schedule a service call on June 28. Cory Bovee (owner) scheduled a time at my convenience and arrived 10 minutes early. He serviced our furnace/AC, propane fireplace and fixed a small propane leak at the outside regulator. His work is very professional and he explained each of the service procedures in layman terms. His prices were very reasonable. Jenny's Plumbing has a 5 star A rating as an accredited BBB business. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for excellent plumbing work in the northern Colorado area.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Cory and Dan from Jenny's Plumbing. They did a quick job of diagnosing the problem (broken PRV) and replaced it quickly. Cory also diagnosed a problem we've been having with our Rinnai tankless water heaters and provided a solution. I'll be using them again for future plumbing needs.

I'm finishing my basement and doing most of the work myself. When it was time to rough in the bathroom I found that I was in a little over my head. Initially, I hired Jenny's Plumbing to move an existing drain. However, the plumber (Cory) did such a fast, professional job that I decided to hire him to help me rough in the rest of the bathroom. With Cory's help I was able to get my bathroom roughed in in about 25% of the time that it would have taken me by myself, and we were able to stay within my relatively small budget. I highly recommend Jenny's Plumbing to anyone who is finishing their basement in Northern Colorado.

I have used Jenny's plumbing for several plumbing projects including fixing leaks, unclogging sewer drains, and installing a water heater. Jenny's plumbing has always been fast, reliable, and fair. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing problem.

I own a few rental properties and I flip a few now and then also. Anyway, I needed a plumber that I could count on to do a lot of work, from installing the entire plumbing system on one place that I had to gut and on another that I needed a new water heater. I did a search on-line and found Jennys Plumbing - I liked the donkey connection as we raise those cute critters - and I called.I cannot say enough about this business and Cory. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the work that I needed done and I hired him on the spot. The work that he completed was done in a very timely manner. He was courteous and efficient and his prices were actually quite reasonable.I know that he will be able to cover me on all of my property plumbing needs as he seems to do it all. Jennys Plumbing exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this business.

The plumber, Cory, from Jenny's Plumbing & Heating, came out on a weekend, at short notice, and rescued the day for my husband and me. He was very courteous and polite and knew exactly what the problem was and then immediately went to work to fix it for us. I know I've found the plumber we'll be using for any future problems or remodels as we just couldn't have asked for better service.
