Absolutely horrible! My husband was harassed by other members and when he complained, management told him that his complaint was "far-fetched" and to never come back. Then we complained to the corporate office and no one ever contacted us! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!

Awful management. Unorganized and more concerned about getting your money then giving customers quality service. Find another place to invest your time and money. I wish I had done more homework before I signed anything.

If person cannot find satisfaction at this excellent club, I would strongly suspect that the problem is with the person.
