Terrible...called & canceled at the last minute after I took off work. Actually, they didn't cancel at the last minute they canceled after the time they were supposed to arrive so that's worse. The only solution they could offer was to come the following week which is unacceptable. Poor customer service.

this company is terrible they came out open the fridge door turned around and said the whole thing is bad it needs a new compresser and they could not fix for a week and i owed him $109 for the 10 minutes his was there i am contacting the bbb so every on beware

I got a washer out of warranty. It stopped spinning out and draining on me. I called universal to set up service. I got charged 69 dollars for them to come out. The tech that showed up was professional and knowledgable as to my washer. He ended up having the part with him and fixed it on the spot. I will call them again if I get any problems with any other appliances. Recommend highly for quick, professional work.

I have a new frigidaire side by side leaking from the bottom. The dispatcher scheduled me the same day I called. The technician was very kind and went straight to the problem. The water valve had a cracked causing my leak. He had the part with him. I will continue to use this company.

I am so sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with this company. Just your luck huh, Sometimes when you don't know it's like picking eeny meany miney mo, and you may end up with Larry, Mo or Curley. I've actually heard or read a lot of feedback on these people, almost all bad. I know Frigidaire has been very customer oriented, and I hope you contacted them with your experience. I actually called General Appliance, one of the other authorized servicers, for my Frigidaire range. I can see why they have a high consumer rating; they were VERY customer service oriented, and reasonable.

I have a Frigidaire refrigerator with an water and ice dispenser on the door. It begin leaking badly when you used the water dispenser because the hose had worked loose and was no longer long enough to fit in the socket.



The repairman loosened some screws, tugged on it, and tightened them up again. The result is that it worked long enough for the warranty to expire and now its leaking again. I called them to schedule another repair, but was told they only cover their work for 30 days. However, they would be happy to charge me $100 to come out again and fix it.
