I hired Total Package Movers on the Uhaul (Movinghelp.com) website and never heard from them and had to call them the day before my scheduled move to see if they would be in Carrollton, KY to unload my uhaul and they acted like they did not know that I had scheduled them. Then, on the day of my move, I was driving a uhaul packed to my new home with two children and they showed up early and left me a message (I did not have service on a small two lane country road) and said that I was no where to be found and they could not unload anyways in the rain. I got to my new house 1 minute after the scheduled time but my new neighbor said they pulled in, rang the doorbell and left. I called them many, many times and left messages and no answer and no return phone call. They left me stranded with a 26 foot uhaul full with two children and not knowing anyone in this new city and I had to return the uhaul that evening. They are NOT professional and NOT reliable! Please do not use them unless you have a back up plan or help just in case. I would not even give them one star but it made me put something.

Worse company for movers ever. Reserved movers and they called be the day before to confirm and next morning nothing. I'm an active duty Army soldier with plenty of moves and have never had a company do what this one did. For all the veterans out there stay away from this company.
