Major remodel of our full bath. The job was a complete gutting and demolition including the cement and tile floor. We could have won the prize for the ugliest bathroom in the USA if not the world. John and Clark were EXCELLENT!!! Very polite and put up with all of my stupid questions. They even took care of a clogged drain in the master bath while they were here. They were great about explaining the job during every step to completion. Friendliest guys I have ever had the pleasure to work on my home. I only wish they did exterior home repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Tom Drexler should be grateful they have such knowledgeable, friendly, and honest employees.

In a word, Brad was absolutely excellent in every respect! He expertly walked us through the entire process, from start to finish, of having a new tankless water heater installed. It's abundantly clear to us why he has indeed attained the rank of Master Plumber and why you are so very fortunate to have him on your staff. My service pro Michael Haniscewski provided excellent service. He provide a detailed up front estimate and then worked to make the repairs to my water heater using the least cost option. All repairs were made in a timely manner and the workmanship and cleanup was outstanding.

I have used this company on several occasions. They are always prompt, efficient, and professional. My most recent experience was with Jeremy U. He was very polite and friendly. He explained what he needed to do and discussed payment options. I would highly recommend the company.

I must have been one of Tom Drexler's best customers the past two weeks - first, Mike H unstopped the bathroom sink (after my liquid drain openers made the problem worse. Then a copper pipe in the ceiling sprung a week later, so he replaced copper pipes with PEX - problem solved! He was on time both times, & kept the work area clean.

Service provided by Josh was excellent. He showed up on time and analyzed the situation regarding a blocked drain very quickly. He was very professional and courteous. Just a few days before we had significant plumbing work done by Tom Drexler. We were very satisfied with the work. However the main drain became blocked shortly after that work was performed. Josh contacted his manager and ensured that the clearing of the main drain would be covered by the warranty. The job was completed in a relatively short time and Josh cleaned the basement area where the work was performed. We would definitely use Tom Drexler again and will recommend this company to our friends and family.

John was very professional and did a great job. He replace a kitchen faucet, water line to refrigerator, and reworked the piping under the sink due to the mess it was from previous work done. It looks great and I was surprised at the difference, it looks like he eliminate 10 feet of unnecessary piping that was there from previous sloppy and corner cutting work. I would highly recommend John to anyone.

Jeremy came on Monday to give an estimate. He was professional and friendly throughout. I had a few other estimates and Tom Drexler's was the best. The work was then completed on Thursday - talk about fast! The work is quality and the stove works great. During the installation Jeremy answered my questions, cleaned up as he went, and ensured that I was comfortable through every step. I'll call Tom Drexler and ask for Jeremy for additional plumbing needs.
