I lived here for 1 year and was faithful at paying rent and utilities in full and on time. One of my neighbors was constantly getting in trouble with the law. The police came for them more times than I remember. There was loud screaming every night, and the hallway smelled strongly of pot. There were multiple warnings posted by The Enclave on all of the doors in the apartment building, so management was obviously aware. Nothing was done.

It has been a royal pain getting my deposit back after moving out. It has been two months and The Enclave has been fighting me for made-up charges. No depost check has been received, and I haven't heard from them in nearly a month.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they reached out to The Enclave with no response.

I would not recommend.

Worse place I've ever lived. Neighbors smoke weed. Floors are old and making noise. They have a big problem with their boiler . Water runs always super hot ,sometimes no cold water. Waste of time and waste of money living here.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They are the most unethical group of people that I have ever rented from. I pay $1000 a month for a 2 bedroom 1/12 bath apartment that never has hot water and my water bill runs $50 a month. They lie and say it is a gated community with a pool, clubhouse and workout room and we have none of that. The apartments have been redone but it's all just cosmetic. They have real issues with their electrical outlets and there is only one cable outlet in the whole apartment which means ugly wires have to the other TV's you have. And on top of all this I was just informed that they are raising my rent without me signing a new lease. Plus they are suppose to give you a 5 day grace period to pay rent and I went to pay on the fourth and they were out showing an apartment they said that I should have left it under the door mat! I'm not leaving a $1000 check under a door mat because they don't have a drop box. One last thing, I have rodents scratching in the walls that keep me up all night and they have done nothing about it! Please don't move here because you will regret it!
