Week 1 appt was friday 8am-12, at 1 pm I called the customer service rep told me he was at a house and would be on his way. 2 pm came and I finally relized I missed a call 15 min ago (1:45). Called the guy back he said that he had left my area and that he would be back on mon 2 weeks from the orginal appt. Called week 2 asked if they had any cancellation they said yes they could get me in friday. Thursday I got a call that they would be here on Monday they were running behind. So monday came 2-4 was my appt. I called number at 12 to verify my appt. It is now 4:19 and no one has called and no one has showed up. I am done will be going else where.

Stay away from Terminex. I've had Terminex at 2 different houses for pest/bug control with the same result. They either water their chemicals down or use inadequately trained technicians or a combination of both. I've had much better luck with bug spray you buy at Lowes or Walmart.

Terminex just treated my house in the last month for the tri-monthly service plan. Keep in mind we've had Terminex for over 3 years at this current house. My wife gets bitten by a spider while in the basement. She went to the doctor to verify and had to have a procedure done to have the place removed. I called the technician assigned to our house and he said its not like the doctor is a spider expert and couldn't know. And added he and Terminex can't be responsible for the bugs/spiders in the house. Then why should I or anyone else pay for this level of service or protection. Needless to say the next phone call was to the corporate office to cancel in future dealings with Terminex. I gave this one star because there wasn't a negative rating to give.

I called to get a estimates on the service. The lady was forcing me to make a schedule and i told her i am going to call back to schedule the service but she said she dnt want to waste her time with me if i dont want the service. She was so rude. Dont have customer service skill

I never had them out to do any service at my home, yet at 6:30 pm while working in my very privite backyard with my young son mowing the grass. I look up to see a man with Terminix standing on my back porch watching me trim my flowers. I had told him that I wouldn't need his home maintance that he was selling but he continued to follow me to my front yard. Our neighborhood has a no soliciting sign and he said he saw it, but him and other guy still thought it was OK to bug anyone trying to do yard work. This speaks volumes to me about the terminix company as a whole! I will never do business with them!
