Worst place to ever go to. Pet urine smell in room and they don't shampoo carpets. Staff unfriendly. They offer high carb cold breakfast. Rooms need remodeling.

Room was good, bed, bath and tv were what I would say were normal. The workers there were polite and helpful.

Having arrived after a 37 hour journey with 4 students late at night. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Aircon in the room is very useful. Breakfast room can get busy but food is plentiful and varied. Making our own waffles is fun! I will add that the hotel staff were always friendly, polite and cheerful. We had a minor crisis during our stay and the managements response and support was outstanding. Finally the wifi at the Hotel was fast, free and reliable. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to the team on a budget.

This was my 2nd time staying overnight at this hotel. The room was clean and I don't have any complaints.

I stayed at this hotel for business for 6 nights. I am a single 60 year old woman so safety is important. The staff was wonderful, room was clean, waffles for breakfast was great also.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room and property were both clean and nice. The only real problem I found with the room was that it didn't have a fridge or microwave. Other than that, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable and I will definitely consider staying there again if I ever find myself back in Louisville.

This was the BEST Super8 my husband and I have stayed. The staff was EXCELLENT, the room was nice and clean, Continental breakfast GREAT. I recommend it to anyone. GREAT JOB:-). I command the staff and the Managers for keeping this Super8 so WONDERFUL.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my sons funeral. The staff was helpful in all ways and when I left my sons picture in the room they wentout of their way to mail it to me in Canada. Thumbs up!!!!!!

The manager was very helpful and the whole staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and smoke free. Very good location. Lots of places to eat and quiet. This hotel is on the top of my good motels. Thank you Super 8. Very restful 2 nights.

My husband had to have surgery on Sept.30 so he only stay on Sept. 29. Have always stayed at this hotel when he has had to go the hospital or Dr. visits. The people who work there are pleasant and always ask how things are going after a long day at the hospital. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I am comfortable or have any problems and have fixed them immediately. Would recommend this hotel any time.

After reviewing the rating of other hotel/motels in this area we opted on this Super 8. We were 100% satisfied with all aspects of this property. Location, ease of locating it, cleanliness of the outside property, cleanliness and neatness of the lobby. The front desk staff greeted us with friendliness and professionalism. Our rooms were excellent. We were impressed with the wood floors (not dirty stained carpet). All the staff we interacted with were very courteous and professional. The continental breakfast was very good. Upon checking out I handed a list of three items that needed attention a burned out light fixture in the hallway, loose sink fixture bathroom door would not latch tightly and tub drain flowed very slow. No big maintenance deal, If you don't provide this information to the business, How can they repair the trouble. Be sure to nicely leave lists of things you notice needing attention.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, staff, breakfast and everything. The best thing about the hotel was its location as it is very close to the exit and it is very convenient for someone who is travelling on I65 and needs a break for a night. A definite value for money. Everytime I am in Louisville, I would stay here only.

Really enjoyed my stay... It was really clean... I love the way they have taken all of the carpet up and replace it with hard wood flooring... Bathroom was really clean.. Love the Flat screen tv.. I think they show get more channel in hd then what they had.. But over all was a Great stay...

My stay here was wonderful. The room was clean and well equipped. I would recommend this Super 8 to anyone that needs to be close to Standiford Field for an early flight or late arrival.

I recently stayed the weekend at this Super 8. Considering the room rate I paid the quality of the room meet my expectations. It was very clean and affordable. The professionalism of the staff made my stay more enjoyable. The staff defiantly makes the difference in this hotel. Especially Kevin with his affable and courteous demeanor is inspiring and encouraging this day and age. He promptly catered to everyone's needs with the utmost courtesy. I recommend this hotel.

please make sure staff cleans real well on sides of the beds on the floor but besides that really nice rooms that I have visited.

Easy checking in, front desk personal where friendly. Room was very nice. Had trouble with tv remote, went to front desk and they replaced it and told me if it didn't work they would switch my room. Very satisfied.

We were there for the machine gun shoot nearby at west point. The motel is close clean and very affordable.
