The owner of this Subway was very rude and very disrespectfull to me and my friend. He used foul language in front of my 2 year old. He did nothing in a proffessional manner. I hope people realize this and choose a different place to dine.

On 8/6/12 this subway called the police on a friend and I. We were are the waterpark with my nephew (2years old) & decided to walk across the street to meet the other part of our party for a late lunch. They had not arrived yet. I went in used the bathroom, came out and took ONLY ICE from the machine in MY OWN CUP & sat down outside at their tables 2wait. 5-6 minutes later a man came out and told us VERY rudely that we had 2 leave beacuse we were not paying customers. How did he know what we were doing, & if we were not planning on getting subs? Aultimately he yelled and cused us out (attitude was returned as given) and he called the police because we refused to leave, or pay $4 dollars for ice.(ICE IS NOT $4 DOLLARS DUDE.) We were NOT causing any distrubence, comotion, or loitering (We waited 4 the police to prove a point). We ended up NOT ORDERING anything for these reasons. THIS WAS HORRIBLE, TERRABLE, BAD 'SERVICE'. DON'T EAT HERE!!

The owner and staff have no consideration for fresh food. I watched them put old old slimey tomatoes on sandwiches that should have been tossed out hours ago. When I called them on it they basically ignored me and kept on going.
