We've had a maintenance contract with Sterling Heating & Air for years, and wouldn't think of switching. They are always fast to respond in case of a breakdown. Their repair technicians are expert and highly professional. They give great advice regarding maintenance, optional features (such as a humidifier or UV light), and value for price (in the event that you need to replace a unit). They are a great business!

The control board went bad on my 20 year old furnace. I called Bryant Heating and Air first. They recommended replacing my furnace and provided quotes ranging from $5876 80%, $6518 90% or $7443 98% and they could put it in today. I told the tech that I would have to check prices with other companies. He became upset with and left. My heat would not work at all after he left.



I then called Sterling heating and air and they came right out and explained the benefits of each system and made a recommendation to me based on my square footage. Their quote was $2313 with a new thermostat And filter system. They also fixed what the Bryant guy messed up and got my heat working again temporarily for free! Bryant has ZERO customer service!
