Provided by YP.comI called Stansbury Electric about circuit breaker resetting for garage. They were helpful in recommending someone to check for break in underground wire. But I called back to get an appointment for estimating the repair, they said it would be 2 months just for the estimate, leaving me with an open circuit box and dangling wires left by the company that checked for the break in the ground wire. I could not recommend this company unless your work can wait weeks for repair.

Provided by YP.comSunday my house was struck by lightning. These guys are awesome. My insurance agent called them and they were at our house shortly afterwards. My pool plug outside was zapped. I didn't realize until last night. I called Stansbury Electric. Brad and Jason went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were at my house the next afternoon. Fixed everything right up for us. They were awesome. They were hard workers and got the job done. I will definitely use them in the future. Their service is second to none. Thanks guys. I really appreciate your hard work especially in this heat. ����

Provided by YP.comI am in the process of selling my home and I called Stansbury Electric to do some work in the house. I saw their reviews on Yelp and called them. They were on time, reasonably priced and did an outstanding job! I would recommend them to everyone!

Provided by YP.comToday I spoke with Bruce (the owner of Stansbury Electric) who gave me some advice that totally precluded his need to come out and make repairs--obviously saving us some money and even an inconvenience.
I was having trouble with a breaker in my fuse box so, after a Google search, I called and spoke with Bruce, who I've never met before. He said that before I incur the expense of a home visit and repairs, I should try a few things. He walked me through the process and sure enough it worked. My breaker was fine; it was a power strip that had gone bad, so the breaker, Bruce explained, was doing its job of keeping our house safe.
That kind of upfront honesty and integrity can be rare. I didn't actually need Stansbury to come to my house today, but I will certainly be calling Bruce in the future if needed.

Work was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of electrical work, they do exceptional work and at a reasonable price.

Provided by YP.comWHAT GREAT SERVICE I RECIEVED FROM STANSBURY ELECTRIC FROM BEGINING TO END! APPT WAS MADE IN ONE DAY. THE WORKERS CAME TO HOUSE AND WERE ON TIME. DID GREAT WORK AND POINTED OUT OTHER NEEDS FOR MY HOME. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY AFFORDABLE! I WAS VERY PLEASED WHEN I GOT THE BILL FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK I GOT DONE. 5 THINGS FIXED IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME (1HOUR). I DO RECOMMEND!

Provided by YP.comMy experiencw with Stansbury Electric was wonderful. I had an issue with a light above my washer and dryer and it was a very simple fix. My dealings was with Mr. Stansbury himself, He never made me feel like I was stupid because it was a really easy fix. He even made me feel better about the phobia I have regarding electricity. He was very professional and extremely kind. I will definetly use them again and WILL recommend to all my friends. What a GREAT experience. Thank you Mr. Stansbury.

Provided by YPmobileThe service i received from Mr. Electric was above and beyond my expectations. I was told by another company that my electric panel needed to be replaced. Instead of a new panel I only needed a new circuit breaker which cost considerably less. The electrician that came out was very friendly. I'd recommend this company.

Provided by YP.comI had a camping triip/family reunion planned this summer. I have a travel trailer that is rather old but well taken care of. We had some minor repairs that my husband and I were working on in the 100 degree July heat. Our house is not wired to run the air conditioner in the trailer and in the house at the same time. It was so hot in the triailer that we decided to run it anyway. The air conditioner kicked out and along with it the electric in the trailer and in the garage where it was plugged in. We thought we had burned up the whole system in the trailer. The kicker was the camping trip was the next day, my sister-in-law who has a respritory condition and depended solely on the air conditioning could not go unless it was fixed, and it was already late in the day and pretty near closing time for most business'. I took a chance and called Mr. Electric. All of the employees had left for the day but the owner called his son/employee and asked him to stop by on his way home. He was extremely courteous and in no way acted like he had been in convenienced in any way. He checked out our situation and was able to rectify it quickly, He showed us how we could avoid the problem in the future. Mr Electric saved our camping trip. Thank you Mr Electric

Provided by YP.comthese guys are amazing!!! i called these guys over an issue with burnt wiring in my antique home and they were out to my home in under an hour! the serviceman "brad" came in and went to work immediately. he gave me a quote up front on time and costs and beat both of them! so i referred them to my mom who lives all the way out in west point and she loved them as well. she said they got there in the same day that she called them as well! the promptness, politeness, and prices are going to keep these guys around in my phonebook of repairmen for ever!!! Brad was able to tell me the price up front after assessing the problem. Im very happy with their work, I believe I found my new electrician!!!

Provided by YP.comThey are the best! My breaker box almost caught on fire on the 4th of July weekend. When I called on Saturday they called me back within minutes and was at my home to assess the situation immediately. The gentleman explained everything to me and gave me an estimate. He had a price book with him so I could see that the estimate was not something they was overpriced. I paid the same amount that was quoted from the book even though it was a holiday weekend. The next morning they were here promptly and completed the job right on schedule (and this was on Sunday, 4th July). They were extremely professional and honest with the work they did for me.

Provided by YP.comMy bill from Mr. Electric was hundreds of dollars more than their electrician quoted me for my residential job.This included a 14% greater per hour charge for labor and 580% greater charge for materials than quoted. The president of the company begrudgingly admitted that I had been overcharged. I hope the elecrical work is better than the attitude of the president of this company.
It is very disheartening when a customer feels you are not reliable. It is definitely not a good feeling. Taking good care of our customers in a professional, safe and affordable manner is what we are all about. Our initial and onsite contact with this customer was hands down, a very pleasant experience. They expressed how pleased they were with our office staff upon their initial phone call, to our crew working on site. Needless to say, we were delighted and proud of their comments. Unfortunately, we made mistakes on the customers invoice, which were brought to our attention and to which were immediately researched, acknowledged, corrected and profusely apologized for. In regard to the "gross overcharges", the customer was quoted an hourly rate, by our electrician on site, of $10.00 less per hour, than our current hourly service rate for a 2 man crew. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to our billing departmenet, so the invoice was processed and charged out at our current 2 man service rate. We were also asked to check on the material charges. We pulled the customers file and reviewed all information with the electrician on site. We discovered that one of our vendor invoices, referencing this particular project, included materials belonging to another project, which should have been invoiced seperately. Our billing department had no knowledge of, nor would it have stood out to them to question during the billing process. This was in no way intentional! It was an honest mistake that we immediately researched, with all parties involved, corrected and sincerely apologized for. We take great pride in our company, our customers, our work ethic and our reputation. We expect the same treatment and in fact, we would have questioned the same things. Again, we are only human and as unfortunate as it is, mistakes happen. We could certainly try to make excuses, but that's not what we are about. We handled the situation immediately, corrected the billing after thoroughly explaining how and why it happened and reviewed all with our office and field personnel to make sure we do our utmost to prevent this from happening in the future. It's not easy to admit error. It's even more difficult to process the realization that an honest mistake is misconstrued as malicious and intentional. While we tend to take people's comments and actions personally, we ultimately try to put ourselves in their shoes, trying to understand their point of view - giving them the benefit of the doubt. We ALWAYS try to be fair and just. Which is exactly how we handled this situation. In closing, we sincerely apoligized for our mistake and immediately rectified the situation. We wish that this customer would have extended the same courtesy to us. Would have first allowed us to correct and explain our mistake before judging us so harshly.
