I had to return to the store three times because the staff sold me the wrong item. Not a big deal right, I live a hour away so we are talking 6 hours total.

This hobby store is great! The staff at this store is kind and loving and very helpful. They always know the way around some kind of problem. I would highly recommend this store for beginners like myself!

Scale Reproductions is the definition of a great hobby shop! They have everything a model-making enthusiast needs! My son has recently shown an interest in WW II airplanes. Ever since he has visited this store, he loves going and wants to stay forever! The store is full of wonderful items for all types of model-makers. Brian and his staff have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always go out of their way to help us. Thanks for being there!

I've been doing business with Brian since he was operating out of a basement across from Trinity High School! I'm guessing over 25 years now. I've never had a bad experience and have always been met with a smile and friendly service. It has truly been a real pleasure knowing him all these years.

The staff is always helpful. I read some reviews about getting the parts wrong or slow ordering or delayed shipping. I think if you are that worried about it you can look up the part online and provide the part number. I have never had a missed part and every one was correct. They were polite and knowledgeable when buyinig the original RC car and when buying the inexpensive parts. They even gave me a full bag of clips free because mine was missing one clip originally. They could have just given me the one clip. I think that speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction. I have dealt with many hobby shops over the years in many states and SRI provides top quality products as well as staff. You will not go wrong coming to this shop even just to browse.

I have been going to Scale for years now, and the staff is very helpful. This is a very FULL hobby shop with everything you might want or need. They have a slot car track, dirt r/c track and a road r/c course in the parking lot on Saturdays. This is a locally owned and operated store, not a "chain" store. Go in and look around, they will have something you will want to have!

Great selection of all hobbies and a wonderful off road rc race track. I've been a customer since 1999 and continue to support them to this day. Plastic model , Trains, Slot cars and RC racing and RC Air products. TOP NOTCH !!!

Brian runs the best hobby shop in town because he is a hobbyist, not a chain store. All his employees are knowledgeable about the products and services. I get all my model, model train and slot car stuff from SRI. Theyre the best!!

Got back in to radio control 5 years ago with the help of this shop. I wanted to start big but they said you really need to start small and grow back in to it. Great advice, rebuilding the coaxil helicopter 4 times was a lot cheaper than rebuilding the 450 CP, that I have now, once. I will always return to SRI Hobbies.

Great hobby shop with a large line of product that surely will cover your hobby interests. They have been a big help in my particular hobby {slot cars}. Whether it be a pre-order item, something I special order, or items in stock. I`ve always had great service, & my item(s) have always arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It`s nice to have a local hobby shop that will go the extra mile to get something not normally carried in stock.

Waited 7 days and when item came it was wrong item they ordered wrong item and it was delay on item they blamed UPS got their order wrong i use ups many times they never messed up my order , sure they got friendly people inside but too much exuses and blaming going at orders problems

Very slow service ordered part over week ago never came in and i am still waiting , when you buy $600 rc truck they are really nice with you but when it comes to pars and problems they say part will be in 2 days well , lets say that you dont wanna wait as much i waited on part if there is another place that sells parts i be there
