We've been clients at Royalton Kennels for almost 10 years. As with any service related business we've seen many employees come and go. Some we've missed greatly and others just weren't the right fit. The thing that has NOT changed over the years is their HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE and ATTENTION TO DETAIL! They hold each and every staff member to the same high expectations. Each dog is treated like they are family. The bottom line in a facility like this is the staff. Doesn't matter how pretty, cute or colorful the place is, what matters is that they LOVE YOUR DOG and make sure he is safe and well cared for! That's what has made us come back over and over for almost a decade! Our little fluffball will be back again very soon!

I love Royalton Kennels! The owner and all the staff are so friendly and truly love animals. They treat all the animals as if they were their own. My dogs really love going there.

I've taken my dog here a few times. I like the atmosphere. I feel safe leaving my dogs with other nature lovers.

We board both our cat and 2 dogs here when we go on vacation. It's like a fun time for us and we feel like it's a fun time for them as well.

I take Freddie to this place when I go on vacation and for day care every now and then. The staff are friendly and I always come back to find him well taken care of . They have really helped me out on a couple of occasions when I have needed to go out of town for work at the last minute, which has been a life saver. I give them 5 stars.

My dog Maxx had stayed at Royalton about 3 times. I have a very energetic and big dog that loves staying there. The staff takes their time evaluating your dog for proper placement in the play groups. Dogs of similar size and energy level are play together. I feel very confident in the staff's ability to care for my dog. He stayed once for a week so our family could go on vacation and be assured that our pet would be cared for. The staff is wonderful and you can tell that they love dogs! I highly recommend this great place!

Sam had another wonderful stay at Royalton. We can count on him being well cared for, and they are wonderful about returning phone calls when we call to check in. We also love the updates on how he did and who he played with.

Our lab/terrier mix puppy Sonny is about 4 months old and has been attending doggy day care at Royalton Kennels several days/week for about one month since his adoption from the City of Philadelphia shelter. We were very impressed with the facility and Sonny is happy and well cared for. The staff are friendly and helpful and love our adorable little pup. We think the facility is great and I hope other readers will check it out themselves

I have been using Royalton Kennels for the past 6 years for our beloved Bichon Frise. We have used Royalton Kennels for extended use of time being gone 7+ days. We haven't ever had a problem and have always been happy with their service. They have a variety of activities that are in addition to the boarding fee in which to choose from. My Bichon Frise also has to have medication and I didn't have to worry about my dog, she was well taken care of... Give them a try, the owners of Royalton Kennels are very helpful and will do whatever is possible to help make your pets stay a comfortable one.

They go above and beyond for my dogs every time we go there. they do not mind you calling and checking on your pets either! love Royalton!

Nice place they have here. This was my first time bringing my boxer for doggie 3 day care and a little nip and tuck grooming expedition. He really seemed to enjoy it, so I think I'll be back.

Very happy with the services provided at Royalton Kennels here in Louisville. I bring my dog in every 2 months or so just to get her refreshed and around other dogs and animals.

When I have to travel for any extended period of time, I always bring my cat, Kattobear, here to stay and keep safe. My cat is my lil buddy and I don't want anything to ever happen to him. I feel that I get good service and Kattobear is happy and looks great when I get back.

I love this place! My dog Mudslide has been there 3 times this year for a total of approximately 26 days and seems to really enjoy it. Their prices are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend the $5 play time.I have a terribly emotional time leaving my dog so I am very thankful to have found her such a great second home.
