Sergei Churbanov and his company, Roof it Right, were very professional every step of the way. This was our first experience in having our roof replaced and Sergei was very attentive to our concerns.



We only contacted one other company for an estimate and they did not follow-up so we went with Roof it Right. We felt very comfortable with Sergei, liked the estimate he gave us and were pleased with the Tamko Heritage Premium roofing shingles he presented to us.



After choosing a shingle, Sergei sent us an electronic contract to sign and we were on our way to a new roof. We had to wait for the shingles to come in, then for the weather to clear and within about a week, Roof it Right's team was clearing off the old shingles and installing the new ones.



The Roof it Right team was very considerate of our landscaping, making sure to put down tarps to catch all debris and had put their trailer in our driveway to dispose of the shingles. During the removal they found that a piece of plywood had some water damage and replaced it for no additional charge. Then they found that the attic vent could not be removed and reused, so they also replaced it at no additional charge. This was astounding to me; in this day and age where most companies will nickel and dime you to death, Roof it Right went out of their way, both in workmanship and money-out-of-their own pockets to insure that we were satisfied with them and our new roof.



It did take them an extra day to complete the project, but since we had two major rain storms that day, it's no wonder it took them a few extra hours. It was no bother to us, and they made sure to install a tarp over the roof that hadn't been shingled before leaving for the evening.



My friends at work said, "Make sure you check your yard for nails, because you'll find them." But up until now, all I've found are bits of plastic that were wrapped around the shingles. There are no nails in my yard, because they took a machine with a magnet around the yard to make sure all nails had been picked up. When you think of the rainstorms that we had, and all the debris that must have come off the roof and into the gutters and still no nails in the yard?! That's amazing!



The Roof it Right crew were diligent workers, putting in two days of hard work to get our new roof installed. And Sergei, although called away to another work site, was easily reached and quickly responded to our questions and concerns.



My husband and I are very impressed with Sergei and Roof it Right and wouldn't hesitate to refer him to any of our family and friends who need roof work done.

My roof was damaged due to a hail storm. I called several contractors and most did not return my phone call. I researched Louisville BBB and angieslist. I called Roof it Right and Sergey (Owner) called me right back. He came out looked at my roof and gave me a free estimate. He even came back the next day with the adjuster.



Over the years I have used all kinds of contractors. This company does things alot different. First of all they listen. That was very important to me. I had alot of questions and he always responded promptly.



Mr.Sergey Churbanov and his crew replaced my roof, and it looks fantastic! He is very honest, highly professional, and has a very strong work ethic. They cleaned up my yard afterwards. I was so impressed with this company. I was treated like his biggest client.

Our 15 year roof was so worn out. Sergey did a few patch work WITHOUT charge last year and came late at night. Due to a few severe storms in the summer, the living room began to leak badly in July. Sergey first did a temporary fix (again no charge) and then helped me negotiate with the insurance company for a new roof. After the adjuster approved the replacement, he and his crew spent two hot days, from 8AM to 8PM, on the roof. The result? Brand new roof, and no more leaking! Sergey is very experienced, flexible, responsive, and friendly. I dealt with a few other big roofing companies in town, and none of them provides the same level of professionalism and satisfaction as does Sergey. I highly recommend him!

This company is a great company! Said exactly what they were going to do and stuck to it! Even when more materials were needed we were not charged out of pocket. I am very glad we used this company. After the hail storm and many windstorms from 2012 I figure my 20+ year old roof was due for a new one. After I was approved by my insurance company that they would cover my roof being replaced I started contacting different contractors. Finally after I had different bids, I had Sergei from Roof It Right come out. First off let me say Sergei was the only contractor who was actually on time for our appointment. Sergei looked over what the insurance was covering/replacing and told me he could do everything on the list which was great because no other contractor wanted to replace my gutters with the roof. Sergei did not try to up sell me with fancy nails, glue, and sheets unlike other contractors. I also liked that the owner (Sergei) came out and didn't send a salesman out. After Sergei came out and I told him I needed time to think about who I wanted to use he was very understandable and told me to just give him a call if I were to choose Roof It Right. I had every contractor that I contacted call me everyday after they came out besides Roof It Right which I really liked because I didn't feel like they were breathing down my neck to use them. I finally called Sergei Of Roof It Right and he came over to write up a contract for us. I had the basic 3 tab shingles on my roof and wanted to update it to 3 dimensional shingles and Sergei told me it would only cost me $100 out of my own pocket and it would update the two year warranty to a five year one which was great. The other big thing was my insurance deductible was $1000 and I wasn't wanting to pay that out of my own pocket and Sergei told me that he would cover that for me since I were using Roof It Right to complete the job. Sergei contacted me everyday and keep me up to date with what was completed after each day which was more than I could ask for. It only took Sergei and his workers a few days to replace my roof and gutters. After each day I checked my driveway and there never once was a nail on the ground. Sergei and his workers did an amazing job and I would definitely use them in the future.

I hired Roof it Right after going to Angie's list and visiting other review sites to find the right roofer. I called 3 of the ones with the best ratings, and had 1 other a friend told me about. Although all quotes except 1 were very close, Roof it Right was the least expensive and had a better workmanship warranty than the others. This along with his friendliness and knowledge convinced me to go with him. He was very professional, and prompt with his quote and his arrival to begin the job. His crew did a very good job cleaning up and left the yard looking as good as it did before they arrived. If you need a new roof I highly recommend Roof it Right.

We needed a new roof, fascia, gutters and window wraps. We had talked to a few different contractors and did not feel very comfortable with them, so we went to Angieslist and we found Roof-it-Right had the not only the most reviews but the BEST reviews, and that was enough for us to call them. Sergey, the owner of the business came right on time. He told us about things we didn't even know to ask for and the other contractors didn't even mention. He gave us a quote and worked with our insurance company to get a little more money due to cost adjustments in materials since they had come out. Sergey and his team started the job right on time, and had it not been for the rain, would have finished right on time. He and his team were as careful with our home as they would have been with their own, they even wore shoes with carpeted soles on the roof so they would not damage the shingles! I have never even heard of that before, let alone seen a contracting company take the time and money to use them! I appreciated how they always wore their fall protection when on the roof and worked safe while on our property. Our neighbors were amazed at the amount of time they took each and every day to clean up, checking for nails, picking up debris, and just making sure our house looked nice while the job was being done. Our insurance inspector came out and I asked him if our gutters should extend as far past the roof line as they did because most of the gutters I had seen were flush with the end of the house. He told me that I had one of the best contractors he had ever seen because our gutters were EXACTLY how they should be and most contractors don't do nearly as good a job with that as Sergey and his team did with ours. He couldn't say enough about what a great job they were doing and how they were paying attention to detail that most roofers miss and sealing any place that water could possibly ever leak in. Sergey noticed an area where another company had "fixed" an area in our roof, but it was done incorrectly so he took the time to repair it and correct where the water was coming in and did not charge us a penny more! Our house looks brand new and we love it! I can't say enough good things about Roof-it-Right! They are honest, professional, careful, particular about their work, and definitely the best roofing company we have ever used! I highly recommend that you call Sergey at Roof-it-Right before deciding on a contractor to do your roof, you will be glad you did!

Mr. Churbanov provided a very detailed estimate, contract and afterwards, a Certificate of Completion. Mr. Churbanov and his crew worked very safe (their crew used safety harnesses while on the roof) and they ensured their was no debris (stray nails, nothing left in yeard) and they cleaned out the gutters too. Sergei Churbanov, the General Manager, and his crew, were very courteous and professional and attentive to the needs of the job and my family during the roof replacement. He also Warranted his Work for several years (not including MFG warrant). Due to hail and wind damage, we needed a roof. We were so pleased to have found and contacted Roof It Right, Sergei was professional, prompt, skillful, honest, and easy to work with. Sergei was fair in his pricing and I feel we got our monies worth and more. Sergei worked right alongside his crew. And we were VERY IMPRESSED with Sergei's crew, they were competent and courteous. Sergei kept us informed about what they were doing and answered any questions and concerns we had. Sergei and his crew cleaned up thoroughly. I have a AWESOME NEW ROOF, looks like a new house !!!
