Might get good service might not,..was told needed new a/c was outdated bought house in feb 2000,..leaking I think in attempt to buy another,,..seems like they only might come if they feel they can make $ off the deal

Production installed & serviced the HVAC systems in our home. We have also used them for repairs. The exhaust pipe from our furnace was installed improperly & it filled with water. It took several phone calls before they came out to fix it. Our thermostat (which has a lifetime warranty) was not functioning. We called Production & they said they couldn't take any new clients. We asked if we could bring the thermostat to them to exchange it but they said "no." I WOULD NOT recommend this company. You CAN NOT "count on them" !!

If you need work done, do yourself a favor and use this company! I dealt with Frank and he was so nice and helpful! I called Frank with my problem and he came out that day to look at it! He came back less than a week later to fix the problem! I am so pleased with the service I received!
