The reviews for the Preston office are spot on for the Dutchman's location as well. Here the wait time are ridiculously long, even when you have a sick child. They are rude at the desk and do not update information until you tell them 3 or 4 times. For 2 years I have been updating my phone number at every visit. They still use an outdated phone #from his very first visit. Even when you make an apt. In advance you have to wait 45 minutes. Then they try to pawn you off on a nurse. You have to insist on seeing a doctor. Even with an ill child or special condition. Sadly, many times the nurses are more thorough than the doctors. The doctors only stay in the room for two minutes and do not fully inspect newborns. I have been told there is nothing wrong with my sick son (only allergies) and then went to an immediate care center to find out he has an upper resperatory infection!!! After two years I found a new doctor and have nit experienced any of these problems. Wish I had left them a long time ago!
