Provided by YPmobileI had recently retired and moved to Florida. After I had moved louisville had gotten a major snow storm and my pipes on my home that was being sold frozen. Paul Davis Restoration came that very day my realtor discovered the water and took care of everything! Thank you.

Provided by YP.comTry to find someone else. In the end, the quality of the subcontractor's work was really good. However, the customer "service" was terrible. I called them about a dozen times, and was never able to talk to the person I requested. They eventually returned my calls, but more often than not had the secretary relay a message to me instead of letting me talk with the person I needed.
The day they were supposed to start work (at 8am), they never called to say they'd be late, and only after a couple phone calls did I even get a response that they hoped to arrive by 10am instead. I was 2 hours late to work, with no apology from Paul Davis. Then later that week they finished the agreed upon work but did not notify us it was completed. Even worse, they began on work that we had not yet scheduled to begin! We had to tell our electrician to not let them into our home until they called me, which they eventually did a couple days later.
Men would show up at our house in the evening ready to START work, with no regard for our young child that needed an early bedtime.
It was the second time we've used them for emegency water damage cleanup, and it will certainly be the last. Save yourself some trouble and find someone else to actually work WITH you.

Considering the EPIC hailstorm suffered in our area. Yes, at the height of the demand three weeks was a normal wait. Rest assured if you had physical damage causing danger or leaks to the interior of your dwelling it would have been ddressed immediately. Sorry for your dis-satisfaction in the scheduling of your roof inspection. Hope all has gone well with your job and whoever you picked to inspect your roof.
