7th street papa johns hung up on me

I called prp first and found out i had the woung number then i called 7th street papa john not once but 4 times three of the times i got hung up on then the 4th time they said were closed to weather conditions i live a block away and its not even bad outside its raining dominos is open still so im done with papa johns it sucks cuz i prefer them over any other pizza place. By the way this is the papa johns in shivley Louisville ky beware staff will hang up on you and say tjere closed cuz its raining!

Very bad...Murfreesboro, TN store They took my order, failed to get apt # information. (They already know what it is because they have delivered many times before, so it's in their data base in the computer). They said 35 mins. for delievery, about an 1 hour 15 mins. later finally some just left a message on the phone, and said, "we were there, but didnt have an apt#, bu thats all your fault.." WHAT ?? I paid you 22.00 for pizza soda etc. you have that information in your data base, and this girl leaves a message on my cell phone and says too bad, it's your fault that I failed to "ask you for the apt number?" Mean while I call the store, an asked for this contact, or owner, or anyone, and they played stupid? And didn't have a clue what was going on? Refused to give any contact higher up to resolve the situation.. Sweep it under the rug. Meanwhile you still have my money? I trust you with my credit card information to do that? NO FOOD, COLD PIZZA, AND ITS ALL MY FAULT ?? HELLO DOMINO'S PIZZA ?? ( i would not have accepted cold pizza anyway? what were they thinking?)

I have a huge complaint for the Schererville In store, they are rude and disrespectfull and the managers Brittany And Chris Underwood refuse to do anything About ther staff and there awful attitudes , evry time they answer the phone they try to detour you from ordering a pizza telling you it will be at least an hour or more to get a pizza .... today for a unexpected twist ... When asked what your specials are? the response was look on line ...

asked again ... look online...

a third time , mam we don't know you have too look online ...

with a horrible attitude then when asked to talk with a manager, She said there was nothing she could do about it ....

this I can tell you has been going on for months... we are loyal costumers and will not tolerate this ... No one Should ....

we will also be following up with corporate to make sure this matter is resolved thru disciplinary action , of such employees ... they are horrible representatives for the business...
