Shaved dog s nipples off. Skin all red! Dont have your precious pet go through a similar experience with this salon!

Been in to see Mona many times. I really appreciate how hard she works. And I feel that she does a great job! She takes extra care and has always been timely for me.

This place is AWEFUL! I walked in and saw the assistant HIT dog that was not cooperating! I REFUSE to ever bring my dog back as there were clipper lines in his fur going across his eyes! They didn't even use scissors his face!

Disappointed last two times. Mona left my cocker on the cutting table wet while she went to her other location. I stopped in after being promised the dog would be ready in3 hrs. still no call so I came in after the 4th hour. Mona's assistant was watching TV and kept trying to call Mona to loacate her. I sd if she wasnt there in 15min & would leave. 25mins later came in sd she ahd to chekc on kennels across town. How long was my dog tie to a cutting table wet. I Thoguht maybe misunderstanding last time I went to pick up my dog and saw a female assistant HIT a German Shepard!! then that asst. came to tell me she works at a Vet. and could "get" special meds to take care of a wart on my dog. Just come to her & she'd only charge me $15 instead of going thru my Vet. Never going back. It's dirty & flithy and I don't think they treat the animals nice.

It was easy to make an online appointment.



Quality service that is efficient. Very personable employees and the owner was on hand.



Our dog boarded with Mona on a few occasions. We were even welcomed to come out and see the facilities.



It can be difficult to get in over the holidays, so plan ahead!

I moved to Louisville from Atlanta several years ago. I took my Scottie and Westie to several local groomers and was always disappointed in the way that they looked when I picked them up. While both terriers, they are suppose to have very different approaches to grooming. Mona was the first person that seemed to understand and with her team of professionals I was able to get a true Scottie and Westie look back. I have been taking "the girls" there since that day. Mona has always been very accomodating regarding my changing schedules and willing to work with me for specific needs. We have a standing 6 week appointment. No need to look any further; her strong European grooming skills have made a believer out of me.
