Great small company with big company competency.



From "concept to completion" in the residential construction industry is

their tag-line and we found it to be accurate. Mrs. Meyer, the home builder

is knowledgeable, helpful, and does excellent work. She knows and effectively

manages teams of very good subcontractors in all the trades – even some

surprising trades like geothermal and engineers. She has built and remodeled

in her own "back-yard" since the late 1990's and is remains friendly

with past clients. This is uncommon in today's world of "get-in and get-out"

and don’t call us with questions or customer service needs. She is selective

about the jobs she accepts, but I don’t know that this is a negative.

Her company is small by design, which keeps it personable and lets you work

with the owner. This company works in a limited service area.



The local Realtors recommend her highly, which also says a lot. I guess, they

can count on her company to consistently please customers and in turn, they

get future referrals. More team work. We love our new home,

we’ll make money when we sell, and the process was actually fun!
