The price goes up after your lease is up. They are overpriced as it is. And you don't want on backside ..not a good place to live

I pay 1279 a month to live in the only 4 bedroom apartment. It's connected to the office. They have come to fix my shower(s) three times. Each time they do not fix it. They do a temporary fix that last only days. They also, will bust in while your sleeping to "fix" something with no notice. I was asleep and woke up to the maintenance man was standing in my bedroom. The office staff is very nice, but that is all they got. STAY AWAY. It's terrible. I live right next to them. We have a family of 5, and right now we have one bath tub working. It only works because I had to take off the faucet and let the pvc pipe fill up the bath tub. STAY AWAY
