initial call and conversation....am leery for the diagnostic appointment...same here AC appointment and this is the contractor AHS selected, one with no BBB record?

Do not use this company! They did not show up during the scheduled timeframe for my AC diagnostic appointment, I lost a day of work waiting around for them to show up. The repairman eventually showed up diagnosed the unit, had to return a week later with the part; however, the ac was not fixed and my furnace does not work now. The repairman did not test the furnace to make sure it works after installing a new motherboard on my ac. I called them back to get them to fix the problem they created but the company refuses to schedule an appointment where I will not have to take a day off or work or pay them an additional $50 for a Saturday appointment, since it is a problem that they did not fix and instead created a new problem, they should do an appointment on a Saturday and waive their added fee. I wouldn't have chosen this company if my home warranty company did not force me to use them. They are a major aggravation to deal with and very unprofessional.
