Don't do business with them! I bought a defective mattress and was told 'tough luck!' I finally got them to exchange it, but had to buy a more expensive model, then was charged a $39 delivery fee which they promised I would not have to pay. I spent almost a year calling to get a refund, always being told 'the check is in the mail.' That check never came, and then they tried to say I owed them more money because Wells Fargo (who they do financing through) never paid them for the upgrade! These guys are sheisters at best!
