Here is the matrix. Glen and I filled it out together this evening. We tried to think back to our impressions when we were going through the selection process instead of what we think now. Not that it likely matters, as we are so very pleased with how Phillip Leigh Contractors handled our building process and find ourselves regularly complimenting your team every time we show off the house to visitors.

Thank you for saying such nice things about our house! We think the house is pretty unique and its nice to hear others tell us that as well. Weve had lots of out-of-town company this week for the holiday and everyone has been comfy and happy here. We are really enjoying it!

The renovation project has been an outstanding success. The membership is extremely pleased with the design, quality, and ambiance of the new clubhouse. I honestly have not heard any substantive criticism from any members. In fact, some of the members who voted against the project have sidled up to me and whispered that they are enjoying the new clubhouse.

The team that was assigned to our project...were extremely professional throughout the project and assured that the owner expectations were met and often exceeded.
