I had been trying to bankrupt for over a year but did not have the money. Like your ad said, "to bankrupt to bankrupt" but I am glad I took a chance and called because now I am no longer garnished. I can pay all my bills and my debt is manageable. I lost my wife and my medical bills were more than the insurance would pay. I was garnished $210 a week and then I could not pay my other bills. It all snowballed so fast until I called and spoke to Robin and she had me in the office to meet with Raphael in two days then three days later I was back to sign the petition and it was filed that day. They gave me a letter to give to my job and the garnishment ended in five days from calling. Thank you so much I hope others see this and don't continue thinking like I did for a year that they cant afford to bankrupt.

All my debts are gone as of today! Thank you all so much. I called everywhere in Louisville even legal aid and every single attorney I called wanted full payment before they would file my bankruptcy. Legal Aid gave me your number and after paying $250 my bankruptcy was filed and I was able to get my car back three days after my first talk with Robin and Ross. My car was repossessed and I was freaked on how I was going to get to work and pick up the kids. I did not have the money other attorneys wanted down if I did I would have made my car payment. Thanks for believing in me to make payments and not making me wait to file. That is why I am happy to write this review so hopefully people find you when they feel there is no one willing to help them. Thanks Ross for everything!

Credit Repair: I am writing this review because I just cannot believe how awesome Robin was and we are only two months into the process and my score is up over 100 points. I am so thankful I found her on Craigslist I have told everyone and now I am writing a review too because the reviews posted on craigslist that I read from regular people like me is the reason I took a chance and went with her. I hope everyone who is trying like me to buy a home goes straight to her. I am really so blown away!

I called from a craigslist ad for my husband who had been garnished for over a year. We where in the Eastern District of Kentucky and went to the Lexington Office and met with Bob and he helped us by getting the garnishment lifted immediately he gave me a letter with the case number to give to my husbands employer. I spoke with Robin any time I needed anything day or night. The owner Raphael also answered questions is Bob was with a client or in court. They really are a team who looked out for my husband. I am glad they are here in Lexington. We felt hopeless till we talked to Robin and she confirmed they would file in one week with $250 down. Thank you and I am glad to write this for you. I live in Indianapolis and was so thankful Raphael decided to venture further north to Indianapolis. Every attorney I talked to here wanted $1500-$1700 paid in full up front before I could file. I really did not think I would ever get out of this mess because I did not have that kind of money to file. I am so grateful Raphael only charged me $260 down and then he filed my petition in 3 days I was shocked I was told a week but it was even faster. Then he let me make payments after my garnishment stopped. I will send you everyone hurting in Indianapolis.

Don't wait to file especially if you are being garnished. I had NO CLUE that I could file bankruptcy stop my garnishment and get a check. I bankrupted and received a check for $1200 bucks that Raphael collected from Capital One who was garnishing me over a pass due bill. I bankrupted that bill, and all my bills ($26,000), and paid Raphael and had money left over. All because I found him on craigslist. He really did meet with me, handle all my creditor calls, prepare and file the petition, go with me to court all with the $250 down and then set me up on monthly payments that I paid off with the check that he collected for me from my garnishment, and STILL had money left over. Before I called I was broke, being garnished, and feeling hopeless. After I called, my garnishment stopped, I got rid of all my debts, and received a check. Whitford Law is the only bankruptcy attorney anyone should use if in the Louisville area because not only is he affordable but he is REAL and he answered all my questions and I could understand what he was talking about. He took payments and that is the only way I could have filed this. Thankful this is over and glad I found Raphael on craigslist.

I had my garnishment stopped two paychecks after meeting Raphael. Then Raphael went after the money that they took from me. I ended up getting enough back from the money they took to pay for my bankruptcy. If I would had known this was an option I would have filed this long ago. I was putting it off because I did not have the money to file. Then I saw an ad about payments so I called. I am writing this because I hope Raphael will add my message to his ad so others know he can stop the garnishment and retrieve some of the funds. In my case it paid all the fees. Thank you very much I feel so much burden has been lifted.

Unbelievable service! I have had to use a lawyer a few times in my life and thought they were all scumbags until I fell on hard times and ran across Raphael’s ad on Craigslist. At first I thought this must be a gimmick but after meeting Robin, Laura and Raphael I knew right away that they genuinely cared about helping people. I have never wrote a review for anyone but felt I should let others know that Whitford Law is the only way to go if you are in financial trouble they care enough to really help you. They did me!

I was so worried about my debt and garnishment, and did not think I could even afford to file bankruptcy because everywhere I called was so much money and they wanted it all before I could file and get my garnishment stopped. Then I did a Google Search and found Whitford Law on Craigslist. So, I called and they were able to stop my garnishment ($230 a week coming out of my check) within 2 weeks after we met, and they even retrieved funds from the people who garnished me to help pay my attorney fees. I am so grateful for finding them.

This was a difficult time in my life and the staff at Whitford Law really went above what I expected. Robin came to my home to collected paperwork and even picked up payments from me at my job. Laura was always so knowledgeable and courteous when I called and always eased my mind. Raphael took his time with me explaining the law so I could understand it.
