Had them out 3-26-16 they snaked my sewer line and charged me $323.for two hours of work .The plumber and I waited for thirty minutes for his boss to bring over machine and still charged because he showed up without it. Within 48 hours line backed up.I called and they showed up and told me we have to charge you again we do not Warranty our work . I ask them to leave and my plumbing is still backed up leaving us unable to call anyone else because of the money we lost.If they want to make this right for my family they could have.I will never use them again

Don't bother calling after 5 PM. You won't get a plumber to come out. I told them I would contact another plumber.

The company is always fair in their pricing and we know they will respond to our needs in a timely manner. I recommend Leanhart Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We certainly feel we have found a reputable company who will take good care of us.

We used them several times in past, but will not use them again. They do not stand behind their work. If you want it done right the first time, go elsewhere

Although I can't offer any specific negative aspects of this company, I can say that Cliff, Adam, and Alan have all three performed work at my house over the years, and all three have been worthy of me continuing to use this company. Cliff seems to have to most work experience, while Alan seemed to genuinely care about informing me about exactly what needed to be done and the most cost effective way of handling my problems. I did have to pay a bill that I thought maybe should have been covered under warranty, but once it was explained to me the reasoning for the charge, I was satisfied that it was out of the companies control to have prevented, or been held responsible for my drains re-clogging. No company is perfect, but at least they were willing to work with, and talk with me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very dissatisfied with this company. I do not recommend their services to anyone. When we called to set up our appointment they lied to us about what was covered under warranty and we ended up paying much more then we should have. They said they would arrive before a certain time & give us a call 20 mins before arrival. They ended up arriving right at the end of the specified time frame without a call & wrote the incorrect arrival time on their time sheet charging us for an extra 30 mins of labor! They also charge an outrageous service fee on top of labor charges as well as "other misc. charges" for materials they didn't even use on our job site! If that isn't bad enough, one of them men was a heavy smoker (I am asthmatic & allergic to tobacco smoke) and now my entire condo reeks of cigarette smoke! When I called to complain they told me I misunderstood and that there wasn't anything they could do.

I spoke with the Leanhart girl on the phone a few times and each time she was very rude. The service guys couldn't fix a simple leak under my kitchen sink. I was still charged more than $200 for the job that didn't fix anything. I called another plumber who was able to fix the leak in less than 20 minutes for $80.



Leanhart is rude, too expensive, and their plumbers don't seem to be qualified.

I thought it was important to let others know what type of company they will be dealing with when they call Leanhart Plumbing. The plumbers who arrived at my door were very professional, clean cut and so polite. I had to call them in the middle of the night, it was cold and snowing outside. Pipes had busted and water was everywhere, I wasn't in the best of spirit. My shut off valve was locked up and my lot is so large I would have never found the vault outside. They went right to work shutting off the water and getting to businesses, no standing around. The plumbers walked in prepared and knew what they were doing. Leanhart cleaned up all their mess and some of my own and they even recommended someone who could help extract the remaining water from my carpets and drywall. The next morning someone from their office called me to make sure everything was ok and to offer any assist that I may need. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I feel rest assured I made the right decision when I called Leanhart Plumbing. They did a wonderful job and at a rate that was affordable.
