I love the fact that and adjuster uses words like OBVIOUSLY MR ###### DOES NOT HAVE ACUTE PAIN.... and another says IN MY OPINION MR ###### PAIN IS NOT ACUTE SO WE WILL NOT PAY FOR NYCENTA BUT WILLING TO PAY FOR HYDROCODINE.... I really don't think that their walls have Medical Degrees hanging above their desk.. So where do they get off saying anything medicaly about a paitent... BEWARE they will hold your gas reinberstment check on thier desks for a month > Was told THEY HAVE THAT RIGHTand as well as not pay for half of them and you have to keep readmitting them.. Good luck for we got our second surgery with a lot of fight to get it. Now lets see how this turns out I will be back to let you know, and yes They will hang up on you and lie about someone not being there when they are.......Very rude .....And your rights, THEY DO HAVE TO TALK TO YOU EVEN IF YOU HAVE A LAWYER........UPDATE; They paid a whopping $80 for one day and this is amount per day is less than before! guess our lawyer is loving her 20% of it.
