Absolutely horrible bakery personnel. Twice attempted to order special cake, speaking to someone who was easily confused. Ordered 5 days in advance, not a complicated order. Both times went to pick up order and it was never made. Store is unorganized, not the cleanest. Too bad Kroger does not have real competition, it is a sad, sad store.
