Provided by YPmobileIn Lousville from Northern Virginia for The Derby City Classic. Dined at Jack Fry's last night. Very rarely do I experience perfection from start to finish. Negroni on the drink menu perfectly made balance of gin Comparie and vermouth. Bread was amazing and signature entre beef filet deliciously full of flavor obviously prepared with care and pride. Paired with Bordeaux a wonderful dinner. I enjoyed bourbon brownie house made ice cream and superb Americana coffee for desert. I dined at the bar. The bar tender/server was professional and personable unlike the experience I am now not enjoying at Veranese. Veranese is as much a disappointment as Jack Fry's was pleasure.

Provided by YP.comI'm a new "local" but I just don't think Jack Fry's lives up to it's reputation. We've been several times and I think it is just OK. Nice, dark decor. Live music is a nice addition - when they have it and depending if you are in a seat where it's not too loud to enjoy tabel conversations. Pricey, fairly snooty wait staff, and we are foodies. If you feel like you must go, just stop in for a drink - hopefully you won't be disappointed in that at least.

Provided by YP.comThis is an old reliable restaurant in Louisville that I enjoy each time I visit there. It is conveniently located, the food is great and the employees very personable.
