This location was understaffed, and overworked. I dropped my car off, and was charged for 6 additional days. They told me they would reimburse my money, and have yet to do so. I called the location today, and nobody would answer, I called about 20 times during the course of work and it just rang. So I called the customer service line, and they told me there was no record of anybody telling me that they would refund my money. They said they would get back with me in a week!

STAY AWAY......I recently called to enquire more about vehicles ..call was answered by a brute named Curtis who was rude as anything else ...even refered to homosexuals in a negative light and made use of profanity....PATHETIC...i wouldnt sent my worst enemy to this hole in the wall
