I like their selection over the other hair supply stores in the area but their customer service is terrible! She has her good days and her bad days but when you are closing the door when you feel tired and yelling at your customers and making them feel uncomfortable,it's not worth it! I get the feeling she feels she can do whatever because she's in the "black" market! I'm taking my business elsewhere,learn to respect your customers and they will respect you!

THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING THIS BUSINESS 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I CANT GIVE IT ZERO.....Been a customer for YEARS. Stopped in at 6:50pm to pick up a hair product. Store closes at 7:00pm but the lady was already locking the doors. I asked if I could get what I needed since I knew exactly where it was and it would literally only take a couple of seconds. Although she let me in, she started ranting about how she didn't care about my money or that it wasn't quite closing time yet because she was tired and ready to go. Needless to say I left my item on the counter and told her I would gladly go spend my money at another store since my "money didn't matter". As I left her rant continued about how I can spend my money anywhere I wanted so she didn't care if I spent it with her. I will NEVER ever shop there again and will make it my mission to make sure my friends never spend a penny there either.

I went to the store looking for hair weave that did not tangle. I bought the most expensive weave they have that cost $119 each. I bought two and had it put in the next day. I called them the day after and told them the hair was tangling bad and shedding. I was told I needed to talk to another person on that Thursday. I spoke with that person and she said to call this number that she gave me. I spoke with that person and he said that he would issues the store payment but it will take 2 week. I called the store and they said the will only issues store credit. This is not right if they sale bad hair a person should get the money back.
