Most of the sales guys are nice but the guy who adds inventory and does the pricing is a real codger. He almost makes you want to shop somewhere else, forgive me for not knowing his name but he's always wearing a ball cap and has glasses, skinny and around age 60ish.The sales guys make up for him through

After getting an estimate, I returned and told the salesman that I would like to get my Remington .22 Rifle barrel threaded with the thread protector we had discussed last week. He said ok and seemed to be bothered by having to wait on me. He went to the back, talked to the gunsmith, came back to the counter and said "$125 not counting the thread protector." I responded with, "last week it was $100 for the threading and $20 for the thread protector." He rolled his eyes, sighed and said "that's news to me" and walked back to the gunsmith's office once again. He came back with an even worse attitude and said $100 for the threading and $20 for the thread protector. Needless to say, I was not satisfied with the price gouging or his attitude and said "I'll take my rifle back please and my business elsewhere." I am an avid shooter and have literally done business in all of the major gun shops in the metro area and have never been treated like my mere presence was an inconvenience.

Owners seemed to kinda talk down their nose to a layman, but had nice selection of firearms. Got impression they really didnt have the time....

Gary, Al, and Trevor - are probably the best, down to earth, Gun salesmen. They do not care if you purchase a gun from them, they will help you anyway to ensure you get the Gun you are looking for. Tactical is not really their style, but they can order just about anything,from anywhere. Great bunch of guys whom really care about customer service.

Seriously the most helpful firearm dealer I have been to in Kentucky. Most places will just try to sell you items and get your money but at Firearms Service Center they did whatever they could to try and make my purchase as cheap as it can be! Will never go anywhere else. Thanks!
