Terrible, would not recommend! Will need the crown replaced that they took seven visits to seat. (Soon as my insurance will allow) It was not made right, and has come off twice in the first year. The doctor said it was because I am so slobbery is why he could not cement it. I admit going to the dentist makes me nervous, but this office in my opinion is not professional and does not do good work.

Stay away!! I wish I could have left zero stars. I was going to this dental office for a little while now; however, after today, I will NOT be back! I've had 3 appointments in the past 5 months cancelled the day of my appointment. I've been just trying to have my teeth cleaned for a little over a month now and every time I make an appointment it gets canceled. Last time it was canceled 1 and 1/2 hours before I was supposed to be there. This office is very unprofessional.

Terrible, terrible place – you better have the money or nobody else gets seen. I just called to make an appointment for sensitivity in a tooth. The receptionist informed me that since my 21 year old daughter's bill still had a balance, I could not be seen until it was paid. Understand, it was already partially paid by my insurance.



I informed the receptionist that I had just sent the check by mail 2 days ago, and that I had been a patient at this establishment for 40 years. She said "I am just doing my job" and that "the owner has this policy". She said I could talk to the owner to see if he would see me anyway. She said she would set up an appointment far enough out so that the mailed check would be received, or if I wished, I could cancel the check and pay her on the phone.



Money first … patient for 40 years, who cares -- that's this place. It’s a shame, because it used to be a good establishment, and the original owner, Dr. William Penny, was truly caring and great.

My experience was from beginning to end by far the best. Everyone was so compassionate , I am terrified of the Dentist and they made me feel so comfortable and listened to me and I truly felt everyone there cared for me as a person. I would recommend them to my friends and family !

I got a smile make over and haven't stopped smiling ever since. My porcelain veneers are absolutely gorgeous. Dr. Benanti and his staff are amazing! Thank to Dr. B I look ten years younger!!!!!!!

It had been years since I had visited the dentist but I am so glad I choose Family Dental Associates! From the moment I walked in they made me feel so comfortable.

The dentist I saw, Dr. Herrick, answered all my questions in a very easy to understand manner. In addition, she took her time with me and I did not feel rushed at all.

Everyone was so nice--I can't wait to return!

By far the best dental team around!! Everytime I go in there I always hear the staff laughing and smiling. It is such a relief to see a group of people that get along so great. I even stop by to say hello even though I don't even have an appointment!
