This company is a rip off. They promise to spray up to 40 days until ants are gone. They do not do this. We had to hire another company and the ants disappeared. They refuse to come out and then threaten us and send threatening letters. They threaten to take our home over a $36 bill which we refused to pay....their service was bogus. They try to get you to sign a year contract before coming out to get rid of the ants when you complain they aren't gone. DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS.

Scott called and asked for a Mrs. Howell. When my daughter told him he had the wrong number he asked for Mrs. Miles. When told I was not available he said good and hung up. All of this was recorded on my answering machine. What a rude jerk! I would never do business with them!

I should have read the reviews before using this "company". I missed my call ahead the night before and the technician only treated the front section of my house since the back gate was locked. When I called they tried to tell me their technicians climb fences all the time. However, this is a very tall privacy fence and there is no way this person climbed the fence so clearly they did not perform the requested services, but still billed me the entire amount. When I called about the issue, the woman on the phone became very rude for no reason and basically called me a liar, so I cancelled my service. Do not use this "company"! Also, if you call after hours they have no answering machine or service. I'm pretty sure this company operates out of someone's kitchen.

Complete rip off. They bill for services not performed and then write threatening letters. Never ever use this company.

Absolutely agree with JohnBarren - this company attempted to bill me for services they did not provide. I will spend 100 times the amount they are trying to bill me to fight their frivolous claim. Truth is truth. Stay away from this company. For more info, see their F rating with the BBB.
