Have used this store before on a different BMW spoke to him one day about a problem with the starter or battery, he was very nice said no problem have it towed in and will work on it the next day no problem. I called the next afternoon several times and no one answered, he called back and said I need to come pick up the car and have it towed to another shop he would not work on this car. When asked why he said well you're not a regular customer why would I put a regular customer ahead of you. I told him I understand that but why didn't you tell me that Yesterday when you said you would work on it?. So we had to Pay to have it towed there then pay again the next day to have it towed to another shop. Very erratic behavior for the owner of the business, or for anyone for that matter will never do business again with him.
