I would NEVER recommend anyone take their pets here. I had a bad feeling from the moment I walked into the place, and I left feeling even worse. I had been looking for a new place to take my dog (who is my baby) since we recently moved across town. I can tell you that I will be driving over 20 miles to my previous vet, whom I loved, after this experience. The vet could certainly take a lesson in courtesy and compassion. I felt hurried, my questions were not answered, and the way he handled my dog seemed a bit rough. I should have known better because if you have to send coupons for "free exams" to draw in business, something must be off. Small businesses usually draw clients from word of mouth, and I will be telling everyone I know to go elsewhere!

I want to share my great experience at Evergreen Animal Hospital. Having just moved here from out of state, I was very concerned about having to find a new vet that would treat my pets with the same compassion & care that I received from my last vet clinic. My concerns were relieved when I first called, then visited EAH. Their staff could not have been more friendly & they transferred all of my records for me. The hospital was clean & I was impressed with their love & care of my cat & dog that I adore. They treated me like family & I now refer all of my friends & neighbors.

I have a dog and a cat that are patients at Evergreen Animal Hospital. The vet and staff are very loving and great with my pets. I would recommend Dr. Hornbeck and staff to anyone looking for a new vet or a place to board their animals.

My pet & I had a wonderful experience at Evergreen Animal Hospital. The staff were highly professional, friendly & the hospital was very clean. I was so worried about finding a trustworthy vet that I felt comfortable with, since I recently moved to the Middletown area. But, the Evergreen staff made me feel like I was right at home again. We are frequent visitors & are treated like family whenever we go to the hospital. I recommend them to all my neighbors & friends.

I've been taking my dog to Evergreen Animal Hospital for a couple of years now. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. When I broke my leg the staff would come out to my car and get my dog and help me into the clinic! I highly recommend this animal hospital. They really care and you and your pet!
